To make it even easier to connect with team members, we created our team bookings feature. In the app users can see where their teammates have booked and choose to join the booking, for an hour or full day. Making a booking visible to team members is optional, so users know that any visible bookings are welcome to be joined. This feature is available for all resource types including hot desks, meeting rooms and PDOs.
Meeting rooms provide employees with a private space to collaborate, innovate, and connect in an environment tailored to their needs - whether for a one to one with a colleague or a whole team meeting. These spaces provide a dedicated area for focus, creativity, and meaningful discussions, fostering productivity and teamwork.
On Desana, users can filter their search by meeting rooms, of varying type, size and location.
Meeting rooms can also be filtered by amenities such as TV screens, video-conferencing facilities, flipcharts, or soundproofing for filtering out external noise or more privacy.
When teams want to spend a full day working together, private day offices are like having an office for your team, within a flexible workspace of their choice. They provide a private space which only the booking attendees can work from, ample desk space, and access to shared amenities which vary between workspaces. This could include things like phone booths, free tea & coffee and even swimming pools.
Private day offices can be searched for by using a dedicated filter with options for different sizes and types of space.
